"Chase" Phillips was a self-employed model train dealer and collector. Phillips, 80, of Chambers Hill and formerly of Steelton's West Side, died Jan. 19 in Community General Osteopathic Hospital. He was a 1955 graduate of Steelton High School. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War serving in SAC as a crew chief on the KC-97 Tanker. Phillips was a member of the Train Collectors Association, Strasburg, the Lionel Collectors Club of America, a 32nd Degree member of Williamsport Lodge F&AM, and a model airplane and old car enthusiast. Surviving are his wife, Janet I. Zimmerman Phillips; a son, Charles E.
